We are looking for a Band 7 MSK Physiotherapist for a 12‑month maternity cover. The successful candidate will deliver a wide variety of clinical work within the Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy Service in a community clinic setting, working with patients who have a range of complex needs including:
Secondment will be considered.
Assess and treat own caseload of patients with complex presentations and maintain own records as an autonomous practitioner.
Review patients on a 1:1 basis, deliver therapy and education in class settings.
Lead assessment, liaison and decision‑making processes for patients.
Undertake a significant clinical caseload to a high professional standard, using specialist knowledge from theoretical and practical experience.
Support the Band 8a physiotherapist in the planning, co‑ordination and evaluation of the MSK Physiotherapy Service on a day‑to‑day basis, and cover other areas with similar caseloads as necessary.
