Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Musculoskeletal Specialist Physiotherapist to join a Band 6 rotation in the MSK service. You will perform autonomous clinical assessments, develop individualized treatment plans and supervise junior staff within a busy outpatient setting in London.

The role emphasizes evidence-based practice, risk management, and participation in weekend rotas and audit activities to improve patient care across the trust.

Responsabilités

• To undertake all aspects of clinical duties as an autonomous practitioner.
• To perform advanced physiotherapeutic assessment of patients with diverse presentations and complex physical and psychological conditions; to provide a provisional diagnosis and develop and deliver an individualised treatment programme.
• To take responsibility for own caseload, being responsible for a defined area of the service, with the support of a Band 7/8 physiotherapist.
• To supervise band 5 physiotherapists, physiotherapy assistants and physiotherapy students in the clinical setting.
• To participate in evidence-based audit / research activity to further the team's clinical practice within each rotation.
