Job summary

A healthcare organization in Henley-on-Thames is seeking an experienced HCPC registered MSK Physiotherapist for a part-time role. This position involves assessing and treating MSK pathologies, with no on-call or weekend work. The successful candidate will have advanced diagnostic skills and the ability to work autonomously within a multi-disciplinary team. Qualifications

  • Experience in assessing and treating complex and/or chronic presentations.
  • Evidence of post grad MSK work.
  • Evidence of CPD in MSK.
  • Evidence of post grad qualifications in MSK physiotherapy.
  • Experience of NHS work and knowledge of national pathways.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding evidence-based care and personalize according to patient feedback.
  • Build therapeutic relationships while promoting professional boundaries.
  • Be proactive in managing MSK conditions and update colleagues on red flag symptoms.
  • Promote best practices and continuous quality improvement.
  • Manage own caseload as an autonomous practitioner.
