Job summary

The Massage Company is expanding its MSK physiotherapy offering and seeks an experienced practitioner to assess, diagnose, and treat a range of musculoskeletal conditions. You’ll work with massage therapists and other health professionals to deliver integrated care, coach clients, and support recovery.

We offer flexible hours (including evenings/weekends) and a competitive pay structure with a tiered bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' post-graduate experience in MSK physiotherapy.
• Strong assessment, clinical reasoning, and manual therapy skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Confidence in managing a varied caseload and adapting treatment plans.
• Commitment to professionalism, clinical governance, and high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical assessments to identify musculoskeletal conditions and disorders.
• Formulate accurate clinical diagnoses and determine effective treatment strategies.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans.
• Deliver hands-on therapy, soft tissue techniques, exercise prescription, and rehabilitation programs.
• Provide clear, compassionate explanations of conditions and treatment options.
• Promote self-management and long-term lifestyle strategies that enhance recovery and resilience.
• Work closely with massage therapists, GPs, and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive, multidisciplinary care.
• Help embed physiotherapy as part of TMC's holistic wellness model.
• Participate in mentoring and supervision of junior staff or students (where applicable).
• Contribute to service development, audits, and innovation to enhance our MSK offering.
