Job summary

Pertemps Medical is seeking an experienced MSK Physiotherapist (Band 6/7) to join a growing outpatient service in West Sussex. You will assess, diagnose and manage MSK conditions, supporting timely access to care and reducing waiting lists. Flexible hours allow 1 day per week up to full-time, with clinics running 08:00–18:00.

The role values autonomy, clinical judgement, and delivering high-quality, patient-centered care within NHS settings. Start date ASAP is available for suitable candidates.

Qualifications

• HCPC Registered Physiotherapist
• Strong Musculoskeletal (MSK) outpatient experience
• Previous NHS experience essential
• Ability to independently assess, diagnose and manage MSK conditions
• SystmOne experience desirable
• Smartcard required

Whether you're looking for one day per week alongside existing commitments or are available for a full‑time assignment, this opportunity can be tailored around clinic demand, making it ideal for professionals seeking flexibility without compromising on clinical quality.

Working across well‑established outpatient clinics, you'll manage a varied MSK caseload, utilise your clinical reasoning skills, and play a key role in helping patients regain confidence, movement and independence.
