This is not your typical Band 5 role – it’s a rotational MSK opportunity across Bracknell, Windsor, Maidenhead, and Slough, each offering unique clinical experiences and development pathways.

Responsibilities
  • Rotational MSK experience across multiple sites – broaden your clinical exposure and accelerate your learning.
  • Encouraging team culture with dedicated support frameworks.
  • Structured clinical supervision and support, including access to Clinical Specialists and Advanced Practice Physiotherapists.
  • Flexible working hours (Monday–Friday, no weekends or on-call) to help you maintain a healthy work-life balance.
  • Hybrid working options with a blend of face-to-face and virtual consultations
  • Participating in an across-site MSK six month rotational scheme; this will involve working across our different MSK Physiotherapy departments within the service area.
  • Delivering high-quality MSK assessments and treatments.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care.
  • Continuously evaluating and adapting treatment plans to support patient progress.
  • Contributing to positive team culture, research and patient experience initiatives.
