Sanctuary Personnel is recruiting a Band 6 Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist for a full-time locum post in Haverfordwest, Wales. The role runs 37.5 hours per week, from 8:30 to 16:30, with a pay rate of £26 per hour and a fixed-term period from 29 October 2026 to 26 February 2027.

The successful candidate will work within a multidisciplinary team, manage a caseload of MSK patients, and contribute to high-quality patient care in a supportive environment.

• Assess, diagnose, and manage soft tissue injuries and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Develop and implement individualised treatment plans to optimise recovery.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient care.
• Educate patients on effective self-management strategies.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and manage soft tissue injuries, post-fracture/surgical intervention, chronic conditions, and sports injuries.
• Develop and implement individualised treatment plans to optimise patient recovery and functionality.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and families on self-management strategies and preventative measures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
