Job summary

Flok Health is seeking an HCPC-registered Advanced Practice Physiotherapist to lead a team of Senior MSK Physiotherapists. You will guide complex clinical decisions, ensure high-quality care, and uphold governance standards as the service scales.

You will also contribute to developing clinical pathways and participate in recruiting clinicians who meet our high standards, while spending one day weekly providing remote care to patients across the UK.

Qualifications

• HCPC-registered Advanced Practice Physiotherapist or equivalent senior clinical leadership experience in MSK.
• Strong ability to autonomously assess and manage complex MSK cases (including spinal).
• Experience mentoring and developing clinicians.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills for in-person and remote care.

Responsibilities

• Act as the clinical lead for the team of Senior MSK Physiotherapists and guide complex clinical decisions.
• Serve as the senior clinical point of contact for the physiotherapy team; manage escalations and governance queries.
• Establish and maintain robust clinical audit and governance structures across the service.
• Contribute to the expansion of clinical pathways in line with governance and quality standards.
• Lead recruitment of physiotherapists meeting high clinical standards.
• Spend approximately one day per week delivering remote care to patients across the UK; maintain patient-facing excellence.
