Job summary

Randstad Technologies Recruitment is seeking a Senior MS Power Platform Specialist in Milton Keynes. Hybrid/Remote role requiring attendance at the office every Wednesday, with additional days coordinated with the customer.

You will design, develop, and implement Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages solutions. The ideal candidate has 7–11 years of experience, leads end-to-end projects, and aligns development with governance and security standards.

Qualifications

• Mandatory skills: Power Platform components: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages.
• Familiar with Microsoft Copilot Studio and AI agents.
• Knowledge of AI-assisted solution design and enterprise data integration.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted technical partner, providing strategic guidance and hands-on delivery support to internal teams.
• Lead end-to-end implementation of Power Platform projects, ensuring timely execution and quality.
• Gather requirements, perform business analysis, and define use cases for AI Agent and Copilot solutions.
• Translate business needs into scalable designs using Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
• Develop AI Agents within Copilot Studio, focusing on prompts and conversational flows.
• Integrate apps with enterprise data stores like Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Dataverse.
• Build connectors and design automated Power Automate workflows.
• Conduct tests, reviews, and troubleshooting to ensure reliability.
• Align developments with governance, IT security, and compliance.
• Support deployment, rollout, and user adoption to BAU.
• Monitor AI Agent performance, usage, costs, and trends.
• Communicate risks, constraints, and delivery factors to leadership.
• Contribute to governance and reusable delivery models for future deployments.
• Produce documentation and train end-users for adoption.

Job Overview

Seeking a Senior Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience in the Microsoft Power Platform to design, develop, and implement Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted technical partner, providing strategic guidance and hands‑on delivery support to internal teams.
• Lead the end‑to‑end implementation of Power Platform projects, ensuring timely execution and adherence to quality standards.
• Engage in requirements gathering, business analysis, and use case definitions for AI Agent and Copilot solutions.
• Translate complex business needs into scalable solution designs utilizing Copilot Studio and the Power Platform.
• Develop and configure AI Agents within Microsoft Copilot Studio and the wider ecosystem, focusing on topics, prompts, and conversational workflows.
• Integrate applications with enterprise data repositories, including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Dataverse.
• Build custom connectors and design automated workflows with Power Automate.
• Conduct rigorous testing, validation, code reviews, and troubleshooting to maintain high solution reliability.
• Align all developments with organizational governance, IT security, and compliance regulations.
• Facilitate deployment, rollout strategies, user adoption, and transition to Business‑as‑Usual (BAU) support.
• Monitor and optimize AI Agent performance metrics, including usage trends, user feedback, token consumption, and cost tracking.
• Identify and communicate technical risks, constraints, dependencies, and delivery factors to leadership and stakeholders.
• Contribute to establishing governance frameworks, implementation baselines, and reusable delivery models for future AI deployments.
• Produce comprehensive documentation, including solution architecture, design specifications, and user manuals, while training end‑users to maximize adoption.
