• Minimum experience in neurology, preferably with Multiple Sclerosis and case management.

• Flexible to work across localities with a driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide education and symptom management to patients with MS.
• Deliver clinics and perform home visits in North Lincolnshire and Northeast Lincolnshire.
