Job summary

Wienerberger Ltd is seeking an MRP Controller to align production and inventory plans with customer demand. You will collaborate with Sales, Production and Supply Chain teams, using SAP data and planning tools to support service levels, stock availability and efficient scheduling.

The role ensures materials and products are available at the right time, enabling responsive demand management and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Experience coordinating in an office or production environment.
Good experience with business systems and tools (Office, Excel, Access) and SAP understanding.
Demonstrates proactive problem solving and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Maintain stock levels and align production with demand.
Analyse stock data and identify trends using SAP.
Coordinate links between Sales and Production teams.
Schedule factory product changes with Production Managers.
Advise on sales capacity and stock availability.
Oversee and compile production schedules.
Review safety stock and MRP settings and recommend changes.
Prepare weekly reports on issues, planning and availability, and manage back orders.
