Job summary

Marshall Group is seeking an experienced MRO Production Planner to support aircraft maintenance programmes and optimise capacity planning across the organisation. You will work within a small, collaborative team to maximise plant hour efficiency and integrate planning within ERP/MRP systems.

The role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive, self-motivated approach to deliver accurate plans to tight deadlines in a dynamic aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or Business preferred, or equivalent qualifications such as Six Sigma or Lean.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office applications.
• Self-motivated with ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Maximise efficiency and utilisation of available plant hours, incorporating planned maintenance cycles
• Lead material demand planning and stock control activities
• Own and develop capacity planning capabilities across the organisation
• Ensure full integration of capacity planning within ERP/MRP systems
• Drive capacity planning to meet operational requirements while optimising manufacturing efficiency and cost
• Refine systems to anticipate customer needs and support tender and PCAF stages
• Manage deviations from plan, especially those with financial impact
• Monitor manufacturing processes and data to identify capacity constraints, trends, and improvement opportunities
