Qualifications

• Experience in commercial valuation or lease consultancy.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
• Registered Valuer status is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Carry out property inspections and measurements.
• Prepare accurate and timely valuation reports.
• Undertake rent reviews, lease consultancy, and market valuations.
• Manage your caseload efficiently to meet billing targets.
• Attend training and meetings at head office every eight weeks.
