MRICS Building Surveyor - Kent - home working - One L3 per day on av. - £70-£80,000 no car allowance, plus bonus, likely £5-10,000- Hiring in London and home counties - Associate Director or Director job title (non managerial responsibilities).

A leading City based independent Chartered Surveying practice. Established over 10 years ago they have steadily grown their loyal team to over 20 headcount. Their working environment is both supportive, flexibility and offers little in the way of micro management.

  • Basic Salary - £70,500 - £90,000
  • No car allowance (worked into basic salary)
  • Potential for bonus scheme

  • Mix of work to suit but will include building surveys, expert witness, dilapidations and defect reports (depending on experience / preferences they can tailor to suit)
  • High fee basis, their average fee for a building survey in London is £1,200+VAT.
  • One building survey a day only, if it is a homebuyers, possibly two depending on your agreed workload
  • Can be home of office based or hybrid to suit.
  • Very low staff turnover due to what they see as a strong, collegiate and autonomous working environment well supported with administration and IT systems and ultimately strong earnings potential which is consistently delivered.
  • They quote around 20 building surveys a day and workflow is constant so very safe in terms of earning potential and job security.

They are looking for motivated and overall diligent surveyors whom prioritize reporting standards, detail and knowledge over volume.

All figures quoted above are approx. and possibly there will be additional car allowance / bonus payments.
