• Contract administration

• Estimating and cost planning
• Producing reports (your chance to show off your data wizardry)

We're specifically seeking Quantity Surveyors (PQS) with at least three years of experience from a multidisciplinary consultancy or a specialist cost consultant. Apologies to our contractor-side comrades, this one's not for you - it's complicated.

To truly shine, you'll need strong cross-sector experience, with a particular eye for Education and refurbishment contracts. While Chartered MRICS status is, we are absolutely keen to chat with experienced Quantity Surveyors who are on the cusp of achieving full chartered glory.
