Job summary

TED Recruitment is seeking a Chartered Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager for roles in SE London / Kent borders. MRICS qualified candidates with cost management experience on residential projects are preferred.

You will handle pre and post contract work, contract administration, procurement and tendering, with exposure to cladding remediation projects and other sectors. Excellent communication and promotion prospects offered.

Qualifications

• MRICS chartered status with project management exposure.
• Experience in cost management on large residential/education/healthcare projects.
• Proficient in JCT contract administration and tendering.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost control across projects from pre- to post-contract.
• Handle contract administration, procurement and tendering processes.
• Provide financial reporting and cost forecasting throughout the lifecycle.
