Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience in consultancy.
• Proven experience in delivering commercial building surveying services.
• Strong working knowledge of JCT and NEC contract suites.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of Building Surveying services.
• Conduct surveys and prepare reports for technical due diligence.
• Manage refurbishment and fit-out projects from inception to completion.
