Pulse Healthcare is seeking a Band 6 MRI Radiographer in South Yorkshire to join our NHS client. You will conduct a broad range of MRI scans, calibrate equipment, and ensure accurate interpretation of results while maintaining comprehensive documentation.

The role requires HCPC registration, extensive MRI experience (Siemens), and a proactive, collaborative approach to improve service delivery and patient care. This position is based on site in South Yorkshire with ongoing start ASAP.

Job Title: MRI Radiographer
Banding: Band 6
Location: South Yorkshire
Start:ASAP
Duration:Ongoing
Rate: £25-26 Standard (Uplifts for Saturdays/Sundays)
Working Hours: 3/4x 0800-1800 during the week

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Band 6 MRI Radiographer to join our esteemed NHS client in South Yorkshire. This role requires working in a dynamic and patient-focused environment, where you will be responsible for the needs of all patients attending the service. Your expertise in MRI will be crucial in ensuring accurate diagnosis and effective treatment for patients.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting a wide range of MRI scans, maintaining and calibrating MRI equipment, and ensuring strict adherence to all relevant health and safety regulations. You will analyse and interpret complex scan results with a high degree of accuracy, maintain meticulous records and documentation, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver superior patient care.

Qualifications and Experience
  • HCPC registration.
  • Extensive experience in MRI radiography & on Siemens scanners
  • The post holder will be an experienced and skilled Radiographer who will use their clinical knowledge and experience to inform the optimal delivery of the service.
  • The post holder will be dynamic, innovative, forward-thinking, and will contribute to service development.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Unwavering attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
