Job summary

Pulse Healthcare is seeking an experienced MRI Radiographer to join our team in Manchester. The role involves performing a variety of MRI procedures in a specialised clinical environment, ensuring accurate diagnostic results and high standards of patient care.

You will conduct scans, position patients, operate MRI equipment, and work with radiologists to interpret results while maintaining safety and accurate records.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration in radiography.
• Bachelor's degree in Radiography or related field.
• Extensive experience performing MRI procedures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a wide range of MRI scans, including preparing and positioning patients.
• Operate MRI equipment and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with radiologists to analyze and interpret imaging results.
• Maintain accurate patient and imaging records and contribute to imaging protocols.
• Monitor patients for adverse reactions and minimize exposure to magnetic fields.
