One Stop Healthcare in Hemel Hempstead is seeking an MRI Radiographer to join the Imaging team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will deliver high-quality MRI imaging services and play a key role in protocol development while supervising junior staff.

The role requires HCPC registration, a Diploma or BSc in Radiography, and a minimum of 2 years post-qualification MRI experience. The position offers a flexible 37.5-hour week with weekend and bank holiday work as part of a 7-day rota.

Job summary

We have an exciting opportunity for a MRI Radiographer to join our Imaging team based in Hemel Hempstead. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary plus benefits.

Main duties of the job

About the role

Your responsibilities will include to:

• undertake all MRI clinical work in the Imaging Department. They will be able to demonstrate specialised knowledge and expertise and support the MRI Clinical Lead
• deliver a high-quality MRI diagnostic imaging service.
• participate in the vetting and prioritising of all MRI imaging examinations according to departmental guidelines and in the optimisation and development of protocols
• Produce high quality MRI images to assist in diagnosis and treatment, while demonstrating high standards of care
• training and supervision of junior staff and assistant staff in both the delivery of the service and their individual development needs in a motivational manner.

For Clinical Roles

The successful candidate will be expected to work on a shift basis, working 37.5 hours per week over a 7 day rota during the hospital operating hours. The rota is not fixed, is subject to change in order to meet operational needs and will be required to work weekends and bank holidays in accordance with the rota.

• HCPC registered with no referrals/restrictions to practice.
