SALARY

Up to £55,000 - £60,000 plus Pension

ROLE OVERVIEW

In this role, you will take a hands‑on approach to ensure optimum production of the facility. You will oversee all plant operations, ensure smooth running of processes, comply with company health and safety regulations, meet KPI’s and drive continuous improvement and downtime reduction. You will assist the maintenance team by undertaking PPM schedules.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
  • Excellent safety record, ideally IOSH or NEBOSH qualified.
  • Ideally you will hold a WAMITAB / COTC in treatment and transfer.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team.
  • Excellent communication, both verbal and written.
  • Previous exposure to the Waste Management, Recycling or Aggregates industry is a MUST.
  • Excellent man and change management skills from a previous MRF Operations Manager or similar role.
