Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking a Move On & Resettlement Officer to support households in temporary accommodation, helping them move into sustainable long-term homes, mainly within the Private Rented Sector (PRS).

You will work with individuals and families to identify housing options, overcome barriers to move-on, and access employment, training and support services, while building strong relationships with landlords and letting agents.

Qualifications

• Experience in housing, homelessness, resettlement, or tenancy support services.
• Knowledge of the Private Rented Sector and tenancy sustainment.
• Strong case management and partnership-working skills.
• Ability to support vulnerable households with empathy and professionalism.
• Understanding safeguarding and homelessness legislation.
