Job summary

C2 Recruitment is seeking an experienced Housing & Support Worker to join an ambitious homelessness charity in Oxford. The role will manage two redeveloped Move-On houses, providing accommodation for up to eight residents and floating support to former residents to sustain tenancies.

You will perform support sessions, risk assessments, and help shape the service’s policies from the ground up. This part-time role (22.5 hours per week) is ideal for someone with prior experience in supported

Qualifications

• Experience in supported housing or homelessness services.
• Ability to support tenants to sustain tenancies and access services.
• Strong communication and boundary-setting in challenging situations.
• Awareness of welfare benefits and housing options to support residents.

Responsibilities

• Manage two Move-On houses, supporting up to eight residents.
• Provide floating support to former residents to maintain tenancy.
• Conduct support sessions, risk assessments and tenancy-related tasks.
• Help shape policies and procedures for the new Move-On service.
