Salary: £29,469.91 per annum — £13.72 per hour then £15.11 per hour on shifts

Shift Pattern: Days: 05:45am-13:45pm Mon-Fri. Afternoons: 13:45pm-22:15pm Mon-Thur and 13:45pm-19:15pm Fri. Shift rotates weekly.

The Role:

• Work alongside experienced technicians setting up and operating moulding machinery
• Support the day-to-day moulding production activities in the manufacturing area
• Ensure site procedures are followed to help maintain quality and consistency
• Follow comprehensive training plans for setup, raw material preparation, and de-moulding techniques
• Cleaning and preparing equipment
• Learn to use basic precision measuring tools
• Adhering to company Health & Safety procedures

• No previous moulding experience is required however, experience in a manufacturing environment would be an advantage
