Duties of a Motorcycle Technician:
- Conduct fault diagnosis, servicing, and repairs on motorcycles according to manufacturer standards.
- Accurately diagnose faults and communicate findings to the Workshop Manager.
- Maintain high standards of work quality, safety, and reliability.
- Assist fellow Motorcycle Technicians with workshop tasks.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures at all times.
- Adhere to procedures regarding motorcycle safety and operational performance.
- Support continuous improvement through ongoing training and development.
Requirements of a Motorcycle Technician:
- NVQ/IMI Level 3 or equivalent in Motorcycle Maintenance and Repair preferred.
- Individuals with significant time-served experience in motorcycle or vehicle mechanics will also be considered.
- Hold a valid UK motorcycle driving licence with minimal points.
- Motivated, team-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
- MOT licence is highly advantageous but not essential; training can be provided if necessary.
