Motorcycle Sales Executive

We are seeking a passionate and driven Motorcycle Sales Executive to join a well-established and reputable dealership. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, professional, and enthusiastic about all things motorcycles. A full motorcycle licence is essential for this position, as is a confident and consultative approach to customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers warmly and provide first-class service both in person and over the phone.
  • Proactively engage with new and existing customers to generate sales opportunities.
  • Maintain excellent product knowledge to advise customers on suitable motorcycles, finance, and insurance options.
  • Arrange and accompany customer test rides, ensuring safety and compliance at all times.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, contact history, and sales administration.
  • Build long-term customer relationships through regular follow-ups and exceptional service.
  • Negotiate and close sales professionally, focusing on customer satisfaction and retention.
