Job summary

BMW Motorrad Wolvercote in Oxford is seeking a motivated Motorcycle Apprentice Technician to begin a structured apprenticeship. You will learn hands-on servicing, diagnosis, and repairs on BMW motorcycles in a professional workshop with industry-leading training.

As part of the BMW Apprenticeship Programme, you will work with skilled technicians, use BMW diagnostic equipment, and progress toward becoming a qualified BMW Motorcycle Technician.

Qualifications

• At least three GCSEs including English and Maths.
• Passion for motorcycles and motor industry.
• Reliable and committed to developing technical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist qualified technicians with servicing, maintenance and repairs on BMW motorcycles.
• Learn to diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using BMW diagnostic equipment.
• Carry out routine servicing and inspections under supervision.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised workshop.
• Work towards successful completion of the BMW Apprenticeship Programme.

Motorcycle Apprentice Technician – BMW Motorrad

Location: Wolvercote, Oxford

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm

Salary: Statutory Apprentice Rate (in line with current apprenticeship pay regulations)

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Motorcycle Apprentice Technician to join our BMW Motorrad team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for motorcycles who wants to develop the skills and knowledge needed to become a qualified BMW Motorcycle Technician.

• Have a genuine passion for motorcycles and the motor industry.
• Have a good educational background.
• Already have, or be expecting to achieve, at least three GCSEs (or equivalent qualifications), including English and Maths.
• Be eager to learn, reliable and committed to developing your technical skills.
• Have good communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team.
