Job summary

Overview

Franchised Motor Dealership - Sevenoaks

Our client is looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their busy site in Sevenoaks. Working with one of the largest groups in the UK, this is a role you don't want to miss!

Basic Salary upto £35k depending on experience

Monthly bonuses of up to £1200, uncapped.

Working hours: Monday to Friday 8am till 5pm. Saturdays are 1 in 3 - on a rota 8am till 12.30pm

Minimum experience level 2 and ideally someone with a MOT ticket would be perfect but not essential

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality vehicle maintenance and repairs, following manufacturer standards and guidelines to ensure reliability and safety
• Conduct thorough inspections of vehicle components to assess wear, damage, or required replacements
• Provide expert technical advice to customers when necessary, ensuring clear and professional communication
• Maintain exceptional customer service standards, fostering trust that leads to repeat business and referrals
• Collaborate effectively with the service reception team and workshop control for seamless workflow and customer satisfaction
• Offer support and guidance to fellow Technicians in the workshop, promoting teamwork and knowledge sharing
