Motor Vehicle Lecturer

Salary: Up to £40,324 per annum Hours: Part-time or Full-time hours available Contract Type: Permanent or PTHP available

We have an exciting opportunity for a Motor Vehicle Lecturer to join a student-focused team within a leading Further Education provider. We are particularly interested in candidates with experience delivering Motor Vehicle qualifications.

You will teach across a range of programmes from Entry Level to Level 3 and, for those with relevant experience, take responsibility for developing the Motor Vehicle curriculum and building employer relationships to support industry placements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning across Motor Vehicle programmes
  • Plan, prepare, and assess student progress effectively
  • Develop and share engaging resources for the subject area
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to curriculum development
  • Build strong links with employers to enhance industry placements
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in teaching in a similar subject area
  • Recognised teaching qualification (minimum level 3)
  • Degree or higher-level qualification in a relevant subject or professional equivalent
  • Minimum GCSE grade C (or equivalent) in Maths and English

All candidates who register with Reed Further Education will have 2 years' referencing taken up and will be required to have a DBS check completed. All offers are conditional upon satisfactory background checks.
