Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a book of motor clients ensuring a high level of customer retention and service.
• Respond to requests & enquiries from existing motor clients.
• Maintain an accurate record of client assessments.
• Review clients’ renewal requirements and invite renewal terms.
• Scrutinise policy documents and manage diaries.
