Allianz UK is seeking a Motor Claims professional to join our team, handling claims from investigation to settlement within a hybrid working model. The role is based in Leeds with opportunities to work from Chelmsford or Bournemouth on a flexible schedule.
You will manage a varied caseload, collaborate with underwriters, solicitors and loss adjusters, and contribute to fraud prevention and process improvements while delivering fair outcomes for customers.
You will join our Motor Claims team, playing a key role in delivering excellent outcomes for customers by investigating and settling claims fairly and efficiently. This is a great opportunity to develop your claims expertise within a supportive, high-performing environment.
Location: This role is based in our Chelmsford, Leeds or Bournemouth office, please note that this is a hybrid working role with the expectation that attend the office 2-16 days per month.
You will work flexibly across shift patterns, with start times between 8:00am - 11:30am and occasional weekend working (approximately one day every three weeks).
Full-time position – 37.5 hours on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Pay: Circa £26,227.50 per year. Pay is based on experience, skills, and location and is part of our total reward package.
