The successful candidate will develop sales strategies, manage dealer relationships, and lead business development across various products. Join the Close Brothers Motor Finance Team where you will sell motor finance related product in a given geographical region and be expected, through a high degree of sales skills, to grow the dealer base and new business by acquisition of new motor dealers, whilst maintaining current relationships and developing them to their maximum potential. Working as part of the Motor Finance team our ideal team member will have previous experience in encouraging dealers to increase the penetration levels of business and be able to train and develop their sales people to increase revenue with excellent planning and organisational skills.
