Job summary

Newcastle United is seeking a Motion & Video Designer to create high-quality motion graphics, animation and video content for the Club, partners and digital, matchday and broadcast environments.

You will translate briefs into engaging motion-led content, animate design systems across formats, and contribute to the club's storytelling and engagement with supporters across social and digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality motion graphics, animation and video assets across Club and partner campaigns and social channels.
• Translate briefs into engaging motion-led content meeting the Club's standards.
• Animate existing Club and partnership design systems across multiple formats.
• Support concept development, animation direction and visual storytelling.
• Contribute innovative motion-led ideas to campaigns, reviews and planning.
• Collaborate with production teams, editors, agencies and suppliers to deliver final assets.
• Maintain high standards across animation, transitions, typography and visual effects.
• Develop reusable motion systems and templates for consistency and efficiency.
• Stay current with developments in motion design, sports broadcast, social video and digital storytelling.
