Job summary

Sphere Digital Recruitment Group is seeking a talented Graphic & Motion Designer to join a high-growth, award-winning UK SaaS business. This position provides an opportunity to combine graphic design with motion to create engaging content for various platforms including LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.

The ideal candidate will lead motion design and video editorial tasks, create impactful brand campaigns, and utilize AI tools to enhance creative workflows.

The Role

I’m working with a high-growth, award-winning UK SaaS business that’s looking for a talented Graphic & Motion Designer to join its marketing team.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a designer who loves combining strong graphic design with motion, video and digital-first creative.

You’ll be a hands-on creative partner, bringing the brand to life across campaigns, social, web, email, paid media, presentations and video.

You’ll have a particular focus on motion design and video storytelling, creating engaging, platform-native content for channels including LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok.

You’ll also:

• Create standout static and motion-led creative across brand and campaigns
• Lead motion design, video editing and animated content
• Contribute to campaign concepts and creative direction
• Use AI tools thoughtfully to improve creative workflows and production
• Build templates and scalable design systems for wider teams
• Design with performance, engagement and commercial impact in mind
• Work closely with marketing and wider business stakeholders
• Stay ahead of emerging trends across design, motion, video and AI

What They're Looking For

Someone with:

• Strong graphic design fundamentals across typography, layout, colour and composition
• Excellent motion design and video editing skills
• A strong understanding of digital and social-first creative
• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
• A great eye for brand consistency and creative quality
• Confidence using AI tools within the creative process
• The ability to manage multiple projects and work to deadlines
• A proactive, curious and commercially minded approach
• A portfolio that demonstrates both static and motion work
