Join our Main Dealership in Lincoln as a dedicated MOT Tester/Vehicle Technician, where your primary focus will be carrying out MOT tests within our busy workshop. Alongside MOT work, you'll also support with general servicing, repairs, and maintenance tasks to manufacturer standards, all while delivering the highest level of customer care.

Are you an experienced and qualified MOT Tester who enjoys combining MOT work with a variety of workshop tasks such as servicing, repairs, and basic diagnostics? This is a great opportunity to join a supportive, established team, progress your career, and represent a trusted brand.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Predominantly carrying out MOT's on mostly branded vehicles
  • Supporting the team with servicing, repairs, and fault diagnostics when required
  • Completing visual health checks
  • Ensuring vehicles are roadworthy, safe, and meet customer expectations
What We’re Looking For:
  • MOT Testing Licence (essential)
  • A minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
  • Previous Vehicle Technician experience (VWG experience an advantage)
  • At least 3 years’ workshop experiencePride in your work and a team-player attitude
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Good understanding of automotive systems and functions
  • Honest, diligent, and systematic in your approach with attention to detail
