Responsibilities

• Carrying out MOT tests in line with Government standards and regulations.
• Keeping customers updated throughout the MOT process.
• Explaining any work required and the reasons behind an MOT failure.
• Providing excellent customer service.
• Maintaining high standards of health, safety and cleanliness within the centre.
