Job summary

A leading automotive recruitment agency is seeking an MOT Tester for a busy fast-fit centre in Swindon. This role offers a base salary of up to £38,000 with on-target earnings of £42,200, along with various benefits including a performance-related bonus and training opportunities. The ideal candidate will hold a valid MOT licence and have a strong mechanical knowledge. This is a full-time position with overtime available and a typical 42.5-hour work week.

Overview

MOT Tester required for our Client’s busy fast-fit centre, located in Swindon.

The salary of this role is up to £38000 basic with OTE of £42200.

MOT Testers play a huge role in our Client’s company and they play a huge role in keeping our roads safe!

Responsibilities and Requirements

• Hold a valid MOT Licence
• Have previous working experience within the role
• A Full UK Driving Licence
• The ability to communicate with customers effectively
• A sound Mechanical knowledge
• Carrying out MOT Failure rectification work as and when required
• Ensuring VOSA standards are met at all times
