Job summary

Halfords is seeking a qualified MOT Tester at our Heath End centre in Warwickshire. This full-time role offers a base salary and an uncapped bonus scheme with potential earnings on-target up to £44,010.

The position requires a valid MOT Testing Licence, a full UK driving licence (≤9 points), and a team-focused approach to support workshop activities and MOTs. Generous leave and staff discounts accompany the package.

• Comprising a base salary of £35,000- £38,710
• An uncapped monthly bonus scheme with average additional earnings of £5,300 per year

Full-time position: 5 days a week (This centre is closed on Sundays)

Skills and Experience
