A leading automotive service provider in Bristol is seeking an experienced MOT Tester to join their supportive team. The role involves conducting MOT tests to DVSA standards and ensuring high-quality service delivery. Candidates must possess a valid Class 4 MOT Licence and a Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair. A full UK driving licence is also required. This position offers a basic salary plus OTE of £38,000, with a focus on customer satisfaction and teamwork.

We're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic MOT Tester who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and providing an excellent customer experience.

What You'll Be Doing

• Carrying out MOT tests in line with DVSA standards
• Inspecting and testing tyres, wheel alignment, exhausts, batteries, welding, and cutting
• Using your solid understanding of suspension and braking systems
• Ensuring all vehicles are tested accurately and all deadlines are met
• Assisting with light servicing and general maintenance when required

What We're Looking For

• Valid MOT Licence - Class 4
• Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (essential)
• A strong ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A full UK manual driving licence (subject to licence check)
• A positive attitude and a genuine commitment to delivering first-class customer service
