Perfect Placement are seeking an experienced MOT Technician for a reputable automotive dealership in Harlow, Essex. You will perform MOT tests, routine servicing and repairs to ensure legal compliance and customer satisfaction.

This role offers a competitive salary (£36,000–£38,000), a Monday–Friday pattern with occasional Saturday mornings, a supportive team and ongoing training with clear progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid MOT Tester certification with proven experience.
• Technical qualification as Technician or Mechanic.
• Strong diagnostic skills and mechanical knowledge.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform MOT tests in compliance with legal requirements.
• Routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical/electrical faults.
• Keep accurate records of all work carried out.
