An exciting opportunity has become available for an Automotive Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester within a Service Centre located in Plymouth.

Our Automotive Client has a need for a Vehicle Technician or MOT Tester who is motivated and able to work to their own initiative.

• Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm, 1 in 3 Saturday Mornings on a rota, 8am - 1pm

Duties

• Carrying out Servicing and Repairs to a variety of Vehicles
• MOT Testing
• Performing Diagnostic Testing to identify Vehicle Faults
• Ensuring that paperwork is completed to the highest of standards

Requirements

• Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair; applicants with Level 2 may be considered
• Valid MOT Licence (preferred)
• Previous experience in a fast-fit or similar environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently and meet productivity targets

The salary of this role is up to £30,000 basic with OTE of £40,000.

Hours

Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm, 1 in 3 Saturday Mornings on a rota, 8am - 1pm.
