Position: Permanent Full Time

We’re supporting a leading mortgage business in Medway who are seeking an experienced Mortgage Services Team Leader to guide a growing advisory team, enhance performance through coaching and deliver strong customer‑led results. Our client is expanding their mortgage division and requires a proactive Team Leader to oversee and develop a team of mortgage and protection advisors / lead generators. This is an established high‑performing team with further growth ahead and they’re seeking a team leader who can support their vision and elevate performance through strong coaching structure and motivation.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading and motivating a team to meet individual and departmental targets.
• Delivering coaching, regular observations and ongoing performance support.
• Conducting structured business review meetings with team members.
• Helping advisors upskill to provide strong customer outcomes.
• Identifying opportunities and collaborating with the line manager to maximise results.
• Driving a positive high-performance culture.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven sales management experience (mortgage / financial services preferred).
• Strong background in mortgage advice and sales.
• CEMAP1 (or CAS status) required.
• Able to inspire, influence and develop others.
