• Working knowledge of PRA & FCA regulation of the mortgage industry.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate an independent quality assurance role.
• Conduct lending and servicing file reviews.
• Perform ongoing oversight of quality assurance activities by outsourced parties.
• Support the Senior Compliance Officer in day-to-day assurance activities.
• Produce monthly reports of quality assurance activity.
