Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a mortgage advisory role.
• Proven track record of achieving targets and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Building relationships with the Estate Agency teams.
• Attracting new customers and business.
• Walking customers through the entire mortgage service process.
• Participating in regular branch meetings to discuss best practices.

Skills

Outstanding customer care / customer service experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment

Resilient, positive, organized, numerate and detail-oriented

IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)

Education

Full CeMAP or industry equivalent qualification
