Job summary

Connells Group is looking for a Mortgage & Protection Advisor for the Pinkmove branch in Newport. The role welcomes newly qualified advisers or sales professionals with a proven track record in a target-driven environment.

You will receive industry-leading training, high-quality leads and clear career progression while helping customers choose the right mortgage and protection solutions for their needs.

Qualifications

• CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) or genuine interest in gaining the qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales-focused, target-driven environment.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with Estate Agency colleagues.
• Generate new business and maximise referral opportunities.
• Support customers with tailored mortgage and protection solutions.
• Guide customers through the home-buying journey from enquiry to completion.
• Deliver exceptional customer service whilst achieving and exceeding targets.
