Job summary

A leading mortgage brokerage in Scotland is looking for an experienced mortgage advisor to provide consultative advice in a hybrid work model from Glasgow. The ideal candidate has a Cemap qualification, a proven sales record, and at least two years' experience in the consumer market. This role offers a negotiable starting salary with OTE up to £60,000.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' experience in providing whole of market or panel advice.
• Ability to demonstrate production and earnings evidence over the past 12 months.
• Willingness to work late hours and some weekends.

Our client was established in 1997 and has grown to be the largest mortgage brokers in Scotland. They have offices throughout Scotland and the rest of the UK.

Location & Hybrid Working

We are seeking a qualified, experienced mortgage advisor to work hybrid from our offices in Glasgow (2 days home, 3 days office).

Requirements

• Cemap or equivalently qualified with a minimum of two years' experience in providing whole of market or panel advice over the phone in the consumer market.
• Able to demonstrate a high level of protection sales following a consultative approach to the process.
• All candidates must be able to provide evidence of their production and earnings over the past 12 months.
• Working hours: 4 days 09.(phone number removed) x late night (11 am - 8pm) 1 x Saturday per month - Day back in lieu.
