Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year’s experience in Mortgage administration.
• Working towards CeMAP or keen to start.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident communicator, comfortable dealing with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Providing full administrative support to mortgage and protection advisers.
• Managing client documentation and maintaining accurate records.
• Liaising with clients, lenders, insurers and third parties professionally.
• Supporting the mortgage application process from submission through to completion.
• Ensuring a high standard of client service at all times.
• Assisting with compliance and internal processes, in line with FCA requirements.
