Job summary

The Mortgage Experts is seeking CeMAP-qualified mortgage advisors who want to take control of their income and client relationships without rebuilding a business from scratch. As a Partner Advisor, you run your own mortgage business with proven systems, compliance support and coaching in place.

Earn approximately £96,000 per year by completing five mortgages per month, retaining 80% of the fees you generate, with long‑term residual income and full ownership of your client relationships.

The Mortgage Experts is built for qualified advisors who are ready to take control of their income and client relationships without the challenge of building a business from scratch. As a Partner Advisor, you run your own mortgage business with proven systems, compliance support and business coaching already in place.

Earnings Potential

Complete five mortgages per month and earn approximately £8,000 per month, equivalent to £96,000 per year. You receive 80% of the fees you generate.

• Based on an average case value of £2,000
• You retain full ownership of your client relationships and repeat business
• Long-term residual income available through repeat clients and network growth
