A respected mortgage agency in central Bristol is seeking a Mortgage Advisor to join their team. The role offers access to in-house leads and focuses on straightforward mortgage cases. Ideal candidates should possess a CeMAP qualification, have proven experience, and excel in communication within a collaborative environment. This position provides a basic salary of £30,000 with an OTE of £40,000+ in the first year, along with a supportive culture and development opportunities.

Benefits

6 work from home days per month

Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor within a regulated environment.
• Based within commutable distance of Bristol city centre.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on a range of mortgage products including residential purchases and remortgages.
• Manage and convert in-house leads from partnered estate agencies.
