• Recent experience as a Mortgage Advisor within a regulated lending environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct mortgage interviews and provide appropriate advice in line with regulatory requirements.
• Process and package new mortgage applications for underwriting.
• Manage retention activity and support additional borrowing requests.
• Maintain customer service across face-to-face, telephony, and digital channels.
• Build strong relationships with intermediaries and internal teams.
